In a stunning move of government oversight, Florida has just modified the Stand Your Ground law to be mandatory. What does this mean? Now, if you get threatened in any way you are legal obligated to shoot that person.
Governor Rick Scott had this to say, “This is good for Florida. Now, if a citizen is threatened it’s there legal obligation, not just right, to shoot that person.”
Gun Ammunition Manufacturer Gunney Guns Gunnerson had this to say, “This is just great. We’ll be making billions.”
Legal expert Jeffrey Toobin of CNN had this to say, “This is really a remarkable legal change. Now, if you are confronted by someone, and you don’t shoot them and kill them, you will be guilty of committing a felony. Florida is really a stupid state.”
So remember to shoot first and let the legal system get you off. Because there’s nothing like being gotten off after shooting someone.
